although, it definitely is quadruple the dose of your good ole artery-clogging-grease-chugging-cholesterol-filled take on snack foods (note: this snack consists of fat, double-dipped in fat then fried in fat and served with a side of fat). I've got to admit it looks rather appetizing. I wouldn't mind trying some myself. The keyword here is.....moderation (place extra emphasis on moderation puh-lease).

Yup, I'm with you! I bet this thing is freakin' good...and not that difficult to make. The only problem is I don't have a fryer big enough for the hand cut slices of butcher bacon.
